Patient Protocols

We are OPEN to deliver comprehensive ophthalmology and glaucoma exams to our patients.
We have put in place protocols to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
  • There will be a standard Covid-19 questionnaire required prior to your visit.
  •  All patients must wear medical grade masks when entering the office. If you don’t have a proper mask, we will supply.
  •  Patients will have their temperature checked with an infrared thermometer.
  •  There is hand sanitizer available.
  •  All equipment is more rigorously disinfected between patients.
  •  Our reception seating has been set for social distancing.
  •  Please come alone to appointment unless it is medically necessary to have a companion.
  •  PLEASE come on time to the office as our appointments have been carefully spaced for safety. It is not necessary to come early.
  •  Please make sure we have all updated demographic, insurance, pharmacy and medication history prior to your appointment.
  •  You will be requested to make your copay prior to your visit. The staff will tell you what your responsibility is and how to make the payment on the website. Please let us know if you will need a new prescription for glasses(refraction). This is all being done to limit your contact points in the office. Your health and safety is of utmost importance to us.
The staff is here to guide you through your visit from start to finish.
For an appointment you may call the office, leave a message on the “contact us” tab or make an appointment through ZOCDOC.
